Budget (26 Oct. 2004)

Hereafter the budget. In order to read it, you have to understand several constraints.

1- the overall WSF Budget was downsized between 30 to 40%

2- POA is in a particular location, down south of Brazil. This makes it very expensive to reach for volunteers of the North of Brazil and of course other location in Latin America (except Montevideo (Uruguay) and Buenos Aires (Argentina)closer than Sao Paulo (Brazil) even)
