Around 60 volunteers in Porto Alegre are ready to welcome you in the city.

In the airport and at the bus station A Babels team of volunteers will be there to help you for your first steps under the sun. In case you didn’t receive before the information, they will be able to direct you to your accommodation. They will also offer you a cab in order to reach it quickly. This welcome will start on the 23rd in relation with your arrival hours.

Centro Cultural Usina do Gasômetro (Av. Pres. João Goulart, 551). We will welcome you in the rooms 504 and 505, starting January 24th at 09:00 am. You will receive all the information you need, your schedule, the food vouchers and transportation tickets for the WSF. It is absolutely mandatory that you come to the “Usina” as soon as possible and from this opening date before the January 25th midday. (a welcome will be organized for those of you arriving later in Porto Alegre).
