Paraná Medio Social Forum

Dear Babels,

On the 15th, 16th and 17th of July, in the city of La Paz, region of Entre Rios (Argentina) the II Paraná Medio Social Forum, of a national character, will be organised.

The fundamental axes of the Forum are based on the work towards plural education, and biological and cultural diversity.

The Mobilising Committee of the Forum is attempting to take up the spirit and initiatives of the World Social Forum, and invites self-summoned citizens, social bodies, popular organisations of the country and the world to participate and join in, in this second meeting.

On this occasion, the Forum has the support and adhesion of local and national bodies, and the thematic proposal faithfully reflects the vision and essence of the summons.

The organisational process of this Forum is based on the values of plurality, convergence, participation, democracy and horizontality that characterise the WSF.

From Babels Argentina we believe that our presence in this mobilisation is very important.
