I was taking a look at the Portuguese translation and I think there is something that should be considered.
Persécution ethnique: could be better translated to "perseguição étnica" . The word "persecução" is not as commun as "perseguição".
This is not a familiar term for me, though. It would be great if someone could think of a real Portuguese term to mean someone being persecuted because of ethnic issues.
