11-11.30 Political landscape: most involved political groups, the foreseeable tensions
11.30-12 Decision making process and what main decisions have already been taken, any key date and key challenge of past and future EPAs, etc.
12-12.30 How the situation stands as regards the cash flow, budget, logistics in the ESF in general.
12.30-13 Format of the Programme, the venue. Are the booths hired? Tools, database, website, used for accommodation, registration, etc.
Babels so far in the political process: EPAs, etc.
13’00-14’00: Lunch break
Eating on premises would be best to save time
14’00-16’00: Transport and Accommodation
What are the solutions for transport: transportation quotas for interpreters?
What are the solutions for accommodation? Homestay, flats, etc.
What is the rough budget that needs to be allocated to this?

17’00-20’00: Linguistic needs of the ESF
Rough assessment:
- Translation needs: the website, the programme, etc.
- Interpreting needs: rough assessment of foreseeable needs looking at the time slot, the venues, the format of the programme (seminars, workshops, etc.)
- How to liaise with the programme group?
Rough report on who is registered to Malmö project:
- levels of experience of volunteers
- their linguistic combination
- their place of residence
17.30-20. Mobilisation
17.30- 18 -How to increase Babels presence in Nordic countries, contacts with Universities, NGOs, refugge centres and interpreting centres.

- Mobilisation of volunteers outside the Sweden: criteria of mobilisation
- Mobilisation of volunteers from Sweden: criteria of mobilisation: what for volunteers who do not feel skilled enough to interpret ? Could they be oriented towards translation? room coordinating? Liaison interpreting in workshops?, etc.
19-20 Babel´s present and future - Given the strong Turkish and Easter European presence in the Forum, how to prepare for the Forum´s path towards the East.
